The Information Technology Department of Pak Chong Nana Hospital , under the supervision of the Deputy Director of the Hospital, plays a key role in developing and supporting the hospital's comprehensive information system. Its main missions are as follows:

  • Develop and maintain information systems, including providing information services to medical personnel.
    Executives, service recipients, and external agencies aim to ensure the system is available 24 hours a day.
    To support continuous and efficient work at all levels

  • Store and manage data with standards, reliability, and take into account data security.

  • Promote the use of information systems for patient care and organizational management.

Mission of the Information Technology Department
Pak Chong Nana Hospital

1. Develop and maintain information systems, including providing information services to personnel, administrators, service recipients, and external agencies, covering all departments within the hospital and enabling continuous service 24 hours a day.

2. Manage data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with international standards, as well as reduce risks that may arise from data use and operate under data security guidelines.

3. Promote the effective use of information systems for patient care, management, teaching, and service quality development.

Duties of the Information Technology Department

  • Check and maintain the hospital's information system to be usable 24 hours a day without any disruptions.
  • Manage data within the system to be accurate, complete, reliable and in accordance with the specified standards.
  • Comply with the Information Security Guidelines in accordance with the hospital's standards.
  • Provides services for reporting problems, providing advice, and solving problems related to information systems to users comprehensively.
  • Provide information services to executives, medical personnel, service recipients and external agencies systematically and timely.
  • Install and expand information systems to support the use of all departments within the hospital.
  • Promote the use of data and information systems in patient care, management, learning, and continuous development of hospital service quality.
  • Develop hospital information systems to efficiently respond to the main missions of nursing services and other support tasks.
